Welcome Event for Our Guests
To thank our beloved family and dearest friends who will travel far to share in this joyful celebration, we will be hosting a "Welcome Soiree". The event will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 6 - 10pm at The Depot Hotel restaurant in the open garden courtyard (photo above). Wine, beer, soft drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Music will also be provided. Attire is smart casual.
This is an opportunity for us to mix and mingle with our cherished guests in a cozy and relaxing environment on the eve before the Big Day.
We understand that there will be some guests who may be flying in on Wednesday, June 4th. For those guests, please do not feel obligated to arrive promptly at the Welcome party. We chose to keep the event very low key to accommodate everyone's arrival.
